The hotel rooms appeared small compared to previous stays but were still gorgeous and very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location was unique with features like a shared swimming pool and buggy transport throughout the resort. The dining experience was incredible, especially at Al Qasir restaurant. Overall, a mixed experience with some minor setbacks.
The hotel was amazing, it had everything you would need out of a resort and was the most beautiful hotel in Dubai. The rooms were lovely and decorated in a traditional manner, though there was some noise from the hotel and people, and the AC was not great.
The resort offers a unique experience with calm surroundings and beautiful views of Burj Al Arab. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, but some are far from amenities and have subpar AC. The service is excellent, with friendly and engaging staff, although occasional room assignment issues. The location is amazing, designed for buggy transportation, providing a distinctive atmosphere. Dining can be overcrowded and stressful, impacting the overall experience.
